Q: What payment method do you accept?
A: For any order less than $150, we accept credit card payment through PAYAPL (www.paypal.com). For all order more than $150, we only accept T/T (Telegraph Transfer, the most popular payment method for international business!) or Money transfer by Western Union Company. After you check out an order, our payment information will be displayed.

 

Q: What currencies do you accept?

A: If you pay through paypal, we will charge US Dollar from your paypal account. Then paypal account will charge you your own country currency calculated by the exchange rate for that day.

(+ 5% surcharge is required to cover the handling fee for PayPal and Credit Card Charges)

Q: Is shipping included in the price?
A: Shipping & handling charge is not included in the item prices. The shipping & handling charge is calculated automatically depending on the total weight of your order.

 

Q: Which shipping method will be used?
A: Normally, we have 2 post methods depending on the quantity of your order:
1. Registered Airmail (weight below 2kg)
2. EMS (weight over 2kg)

 

Q: How long do orders take to deliver?

A: Delivery times and shipping costs depend on the item, the size of the order, and the destination.


If the orders involve larger quantities (out of stock), it will take extra 14 - 21 business days to make the order from our manufacturer.

 

Registered Airmail: ~ 10 - 20 business days for the delivery. (In stock available condition)

EMS (Speedpost): ~ 3 - 5 business days for the delivery. (In stock available condition)

Q: How do I track my order?

A: We will provide the tracking number to you after the order is sent out.

If you have not received a tracking number from us, it probably means we have not sent your order.

 

You can use the tracking number to track the package with Hongkongpost or the post office on your country.

 

Q: What should I do if the parcel arrives much later than the expected arrival date?

A: You can use the tracking number to track with the post office at your side.

 

It may be delayed by custom inspection. The delivery will be longer than normal.

 

From experience, we have many unclaimed items are returned to sender. If the package cannot be delivered, the postman will leave you a notice and you need to get the package from your post office. But the notice seems to be ignored or lost, please use the tracking number to check with your local post office if you do not receive the package in the normal delivery days.

 

Q: What should I do if the parcels return to sender?

A: Buyers need to pay shipping & handling charge again for reshipping the item (except the wrong buyer address is wrote by us).

 

Q: What should I do if the parcel hasn't arrived?

A: If you still not receive the parcel after check with your local post office, please contact us so we will fill out an investigation form to Hongkongpost to check if the items were lost or arrived late. But the enquiries often take up to two months to complete.

 

Q: Do I have to pay import tax and customs duties?

A: We are not responsible for import duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office for details. The buyer’s responsibility to find out about relevant tax regulations.

 

If an order is dispatched and is blocked by the consignee's country's customs, or if the customer refuses to accept delivery because of refusing to pay customs charges, duties, or other taxes, we are not liable in these instances for the costs incurred in the process of returning the goods to Hong Kong. So please do your best to find out about import regulations and taxes before you place orders.

 

Let us know if you have any instructions concerning labeling, packing, invoicing, etc. when placing your order.

 

Q: What can I do if a product I got has a problem?

A: Products are covered by 14 days warranty. Please contact us and take photo of the broken item before returning the defective unit. We will provide the information for you to return the item.

 

We are not responsible for returned products lost in post.

 

We do not offer refunds or replacement service for complete products that are working under normal conditions. We are not responsible if you broke the item yourself.

 

Q: What materials is the jewelry made of?
